Your ab999 account is strictly personal. Transferring, selling, or lending it to anyone else is completely prohibited. Each user may operate only one account in their own name.
3.3 Closing Your Account
If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed; however, bonus balances are non-refundable under these terms.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions on ab999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We support only the following payment methods:

ab999 reserves the right to take additional verification steps for suspicious transactions. Transactions linked to fraud or money laundering will be cancelled immediately, and the associated account may be permanently closed.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
ab999 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer may have its own conditions, but the general policies below apply to all bonuses.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or deposit ৳12,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
All bonuses have a 10x wagering requirement, which applies only to the bonus amount — not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Restrictions
- Each user will receive the welcome bonus only once.
- ab999 reserves the right to change bonus terms or cancel any promotion.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be subject to investigation.
- Attempting to meet wagering requirements through coordinated or artificial betting is a violation of these terms.
VIP Program & Cashback Policy
ab999's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier offers weekly cashback and additional benefits.
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week
- Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week
- Gold: Up to 0.7% cashback per week
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week
- Diamond: Up to 1.2% cashback per week
Regular and active play gives you the opportunity to advance to higher VIP tiers. Cashback amounts are calculated based on weekly losses and credited to your account on a set day. Cashback generally has no additional wagering requirement, though different conditions may apply for specific promotions.
Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
ab999 is committed to ensuring a fair and equitable gaming environment for all users. Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination:
- Attempting to play games using software, bots, or any automated tools.
- Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform's systems or games.

- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
